Seb has spent more than a decade building legal technology businesses, including founding the UK's largest private client software platform. He is using his experience to solve the challenges practitioners face with current providers.
Chief Operating Officer
Phil combines legal expertise with operational leadership gained inside law firms and legal software businesses. He focuses on making the platform practical to adopt and valuable in everyday work.
Chief Product Officer
George leads product vision and strategy. His experience drafting legal documents and designing structured workflows helps keep product decisions grounded in practitioner needs.
Chief Technology Officer
Oliver leads technical architecture and engineering. He has spent his career scaling legal-technology platforms and building reliable foundations for complex workflows and document generation.

Jade is a private client specialist with deep experience in complex tax, trusts, estate administration and estate planning. She is Chair of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a STEP member and a member of the Law Society Wills & Equity Committee.
Managing Director of Acer Prime Law
Alan brings more than 35 years of trust and taxation experience, including extensive work drafting Trusts and Wills and administering estates. He has been a full STEP member for more than 33 years.

Darren is the Founder of the Association of Legal Compliance & Accounts. He advises on legal finance, compliance and change management. His experience spans legal services, technology, education and governance.
