What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we collect:
- Registration of interest: your name, work email address and firm size, together with your IP address and browser details.
- Questionnaire responses: if you choose to complete our questionnaire after registering, the answers you give about your firm and how it works.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if given) and message.
- Usage data: information about how the site is used, collected through Google Analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you about a Superlawyer trial, which is in our legitimate interest as a business-to-business supplier responding to expressions of interest.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for, with your consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe option and you can opt out at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, based on analytics data.
- To keep the site secure, including identifying misuse.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and registration details for as long as we're in an active conversation with you about Superlawyer, and review stored leads periodically. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained on Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
